ESF Learning and Teaching Adviser (Post-16)

Stewart Redden is the Learning and Teaching Advisor for the English Schools Foundation (ESF) in Hong Kong. He was previously the Vice Principal at Renaissance College in Hong Kong where he set up the IB CP for the College in partnership with the Savannah College of Art and Design SCAD) and Hong Kong Academy for the Performing Arts (HKAPA). He has worked at IB schools in Las Palmas, Singapore and Taipei. His philosophy of education is that learning should be a flow experience in which students enjoy the challenge of developing new skills in pursuit of their enthusiasms in life.
